Creating a legacy brand to a

audience

AAOK is a third-generation, family owned and operated distributor and mechanic shop with a household-name reputation in the general aviation industry.

We worked with the internal team to understand what kept AAOK strong and persistent when most shops were shutting down or selling out. We identified what makes the company uniquely positioned to serve private customers, commercial partners, and manufacturers. By recognizing what kept legacy customers loyal—and what growth threats were pressing in—we developed a 360° plan to increase revenue, retention, and recognition in a consolidating industry.
