Giving a new brand a strong launch foundation with full visual identity development, logo design, storycrafting, and a simple one-page website.

Early in our discovery research, we noticed that many leadership coaches in Clear Seven’s space spoke to the problems and needs of the leaders themselves, not the needs of the companies looking to hire a millennial leadership coach.
We saw this as a missed opportunity and a key lever to push in our process of differentiating Clear Seven.
Using a good natured, business casual tone of voice, we crafted a brand narrative that positions Clear Seven as HR’s best friend, C-suite’s secret advantage, and every first-time manager’s much-needed boost.

Elijah wanted his new brand to incorporate bold colors, like royal purple, cyan, and orange.
In design, we pulled inspiration from sturdy, Greek-style architecture, stacking key messaging points on motion-activated pillars, highlighting eye-catching statistics, and giving the hand-drawn imagery a futuristic, scroll-driven spin.

Our logo designs played with the concept of the number 7 coming into clarity over time or through repetition.
The logo would be prominently featured on printed materials, like jackets, hats, and pens, so our final concept captured Clear Seven’s identity in an ultra-simple, easy-to-utilize but uniquely brand-owned way.

Today, Clear Seven Coaching has a dedicated space to drive connections, gather leads, and communicate deep value in a uniquely simple way. The new site is easy to engage with, informative without overwhelming the reader, and speaks boldly to the needs and concerns of the audience it reaches.
